According to the latest info we got, Alfa Romeo is preparing a coupe which is supposed to be revealed at the end of this year or at the beginning of next, however, we’ll still have to wait until 2020 to see a production version. All of this info comes from Pogea Racing which is well-known tuning house that has been working on Alfa Romeo cars for over 20 years.

They’re absolutely sure the info is legit, saying that FCA already approved the production of the new car which might be in the form of the anticipated 6C.

Since the next 6C is supposed to be rear wheel drive of course, and much larger and powerful than the 4C, it is probably going to share the same engine found in Giulia QV which develops 510HP.

In one of our previous articles, we discussed new Giulia Sprint, which will be a coupe version of Giulia. Sprint too is scheduled to be revealed IN 2019, so it is possible that we might see two new models from Alfa before this year ends. Nobody can say for sure, but since Giulia Sprint is going to be equipped with ERS in its strongest version, we might see the same option for the 6C. Just to remind you, this version will develop 650 HP.

When it is all said and done, Alfa truly needs a model like this, which will be able to compete with popular BMW 6 Series, and if it looks anything like this rendering, it will blow it away.
