Description

Installation: apply the silicone grease both to the part which slides into the hot/cold flap, as well as to the motor gear slot. Turn the new pin manually by hand all the way to the limiters on each side, and make sure that flap operates smoothly through full range of motion. This step is important to prevent any damage to the flap, pin, or the actuator when it is fully assembled.
