If you ever asked yourself what is the world’s most dangerous race, we got an answer for you.

A small island on the Irish Sea hosts perhaps the most dangerous race of them all.

In the annual event of “The Isle of Man Tourist Trophy” which lasts for six days, you can see adrenaline junkies push it to the limit. 107 year-long racing history resulted in 242 deaths.

So why so many deaths you might ask?

Well, the average speed through a 37 mile-long track in an incredible 130 miles per hour, but that is not all.

As you might have guessed, this is not your ordinary track, it is a public road which safety-wise is not adapted, nor can it be, for any type of racing.

However, if we’re going to be honest, that is exactly what makes it special. It gives us a glimpse of what racing used to be – an incredible push for glory by very talented, brave men who do not fear death.
