<p>Even though Alfa Orazio Satta Type II &#8211; 4-door coupe study was made all the way back in 2012, its design lines and overall presence could compete with some of the best brands of the day. Its amazing looks are the only reason it didn&#8217;t lose any popularity among Alfa Romeo enthusiasts throughout the years. This stunning design is a work of Marco Procaccini from MP Car Design and it is incredible to say the least.</p>
<p>Sadly there is not a lot of information regarding this study, but here are some facts. </p>
<p>This study has been developed as an answer to Audi’s A7 Sportback, BMW series 6 Gran Coupe and Mercedes Benz CLS. </p>
<p>If this concept made it to production lines all of the mentioned brands would have a reason to worry, just like they did when Alfa Romeo Giulia came out.</p>
<p>We all know that Alfa Romeo is one of the brands with richest and longest pedigree in car industry, but since they got under the management of Fiat they have trouble reaching that status of premium car producers like they had before. Luckily for Alfisti Alfa is getting back on its feet and with the current models on the market, it just might get back on the track of old glory.</p>
<p>Even though there were positive announcements by the main people of this Italian company, it seems that Alfa Romeo future will solely depend on how well they do on the North American market. To help this brand return to old glory Italian designer Marco Procaccini developed few studies which could compete with some of the strongest brands in the car industry. </p>
<p>The concept we see is 495 cm long, 190 cm wide, 143 cm high, and its wheelbase is 298 cm. If it, by some miracle, goes into production it would probably share Maserati’s mid-size sport sedan platform, or maybe even Giulia&#8217;s platform which proved to be very close to perfect.</p>

<p>Whatever the case is, Alfa needs a model like this that doesn&#8217;t follow the boring design guidelines of today&#8217;s automotive industry. When we think about it, that&#8217;s what the old Alfa was all about. An amazing car with just as amazing engines that set the guidelines for the rest of the industry.</p>
